Since fighters are the creation and customization of our users, each one of them will be unique. Moreover their level will differ from one to antoher depending on user's perfomance on fight predictions.

That's why we want users to get the full ownership of their fighters and be able to exchange and trade freely in a secure environment.

NFTs relying onto Blockchain technology can achieve digital ownership and offer the mean of transfer, trade and / or exchange.

Fighters will be minted as NFT if the user requests a withdraw into his wallet. Hence he will be able to freely trade his fighter.

While being trade or simply available on marketplaces, fighter will not be available in the prediction game.

To utilize a fighter in the predictions, fighter needs to be locked in the application.

If a fighter is currently in trade, a user can import it in the application to lock it and welcome fighter is in his active roster.

Technology

MMA-GOAT NFTs relies onto ERC721 formalism. The chosen implementation is the one proposed by OpenZeppelin.

Additionally the extensions ERC721Royalty, ERC721URIStorage enables royalty support on sale on the second market i.e. 5%, and IPFS decentralized storage of the metadata for a better resilience of the data and interoperability with marketplaces.

MMA-GOAT NFT are minted and traded on Polygon mainnet. Polygon allows to use both the liquidity and security offered by Ethereum, while being much faster and cheaper.

Overtime MMA GOAT does not exclude the possibility of minting on Ethereum or other EVM chains.
