With available fighters, user can browse all referenced upcoming UFC, Bellator and PFL events, to place predictions on chosen fights.
User can predict the winner of a fight, and place one of his available fighter. User can only predict if one of his fighters is available. Once a fighter is placed on a prediction within an event, fighter will not be available for predictions in the same event.
A male fighter can be used to predict a male fight. A female fighter can be used to predict a female fight.
A fight is caracterized by two opponents e.g. Dawson vs. Green, and winning points respectively odds of victory.
If the selected winner of a fight prediction matches the characteristic of the user's fighter, additonal bonus namely boosters will apply.
Aside from the fight winner prediction, user will have to set a vicotry type betwen KO/TKO, Submission or Decision. If the victory type prediction is correct user's fighter will get extra 20 points.
User has a bantam weight Jiu Jitsu fighter, from Brazil.
User set prediction on Light weight fight Islam Makhachev vs. Charles Oliveira. Makhachev victory gives 13 points, and Oliveira gives 35 points.
User sets a victory by submission for Charles Oliveira, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter in the light weight class.
If Charles Oliveira wins by submission.
User's fighters will get 35 points + (35 x .4 booster for matching nationality) + (35 x .4 booster for matching martial art) + 20 points (for correct victory type) = 83 points
If Charles Oliveira wins by decision on KO/TKO
User's fighters will get 35 points + (35 x .4 booster for matching nationality) + (35 x .4 booster for matching martial art) = 63 points
If Islam Makhachev wins
User's fighter does not get any points neither lose some.
Note that fighter does not get booster on weight class, because his fighter does not match weight class division of the fight.
Hence it is fundamental to place fighters accordingly to predicted winner's profile, to maximize boosters.
